Step 1 – Hire your wedding coordinator

Step 2 – Define your budget

From experience we recommend NOT to do this, as to prepare a budget without knowing the customer needs is a bewildering task. Catering, alcohol free bar, table centers.

Paso 2 – Define tu presupuesto
Este es uno de los puntos más importantes. Muchas parejas solicitan presupuestos a decenas de compañías de coordinación de bodas, esperando así poder definir cuanto podrán invertir en su evento.
Por experiencia te recomendamos no hacer esto, ya que preparar un presupuesto sin conocer las necesidades del cliente es una tarea desconcertante. Debes tomar en cuenta que el costo de cada servicio puede variar sobre cantidad de horas contratadas-por ej. Fotografía, video, entretenimiento- distancia y cantidad de elementos a transportar -por ej. Decoración, mobiliario-  para cuantas personas es el servicio -por ej. Catering, barras libre de alcohol, centros de mesa-.
Por eso te recomendamos ser realista sobre tus posibilidades económicas para enfocar tu presupuesto de acuerdo a esto, y no desperdiciar tiempo considerando servicios que realmente no podrás costear.

Paso 3 – Alojamiento & Clima
Este es otro punto importante a tener en cuenta, ya que las tarifas de alojamiento pueden variar drásticamente según la temporada y categoría de hotel.
Antes de decidir sobre esto, considera también el presupuesto de tus invitados u otras opciones de hotel para que sea posible para ellos confirmar su asistencia a tu boda.
También toma en cuenta el clima de tu destino de bodas. Esto generalmente influye en las tarifas de alojamiento -alta y / o baja temporada- lo que en nuestro estado se traduce a temporada de lluvias o no que puede también influir en gastos adicionales en la contratación de tu locación, transportación, tours, cena de ensayo, entre otras cosas.

Paso 4 – Requerimientos legales
Por ultimo pero no menos importante, si deseas tener una ceremonia legal o civil, es muy importante que consideres este punto, ya que cada país -si eres extranjero- o estado -si eres Mexicano- tiene sus propias regulaciones y por ser un proceso legal deben ser cumplidas al pie de la letra para que se puedan llevar a cabo.

Flowers trends 2014

One of the most important details to remember of a wedding is the bouquet of the bride.
If you’re planning your destination wedding and you give importance on details, here are some recommendations from The Floral Design Institute that you may consider this season.

The rich, vivid rainbow colors are back, not forgetting the classic pastel shades that are still fashionable as creamy white, peaches, yellow and soft pink and mint green.

The golden color also plays a role or for those glamorous vintage-inspired events, as we discussed in our previous article “New trends of wedding cakes 2014-2015”

The Blues are also in vogue this season including all the tones in addition to the chocolate, moss green, cream and silver.

Regarding the type of flowers used more this season are the peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, succulent with soft textures that highlight the floral designs.
If you are planning a Cancun-Riviera Maya wedding, please take in mind that as peonies, there are some other flowers that Mexico need to import from other countries and make a substantial difference on quotes. The good news is we can provide other options using flowers we produce but giving the same effect regarding on trend, then the cost won’t be affected.

Floral wreaths for brides are having a more prominent role every day. This trend started in 2013, but quickly taking over this position in the first place this season.
